I wouldn't mind teaching a little about photography. I'm undecided whether it would be something to do at a meeting, or as an online "class", which is what astrogazer was planning.
The difference is that in a lecture, it's a one-sided information dump. Some of it you'll remember, some of it you won't. The other option is to do it online over a few weeks. That allows us to be very hands-on. We could even have a few "homework assignments" for each person to play around with their camera, try different settings, and post the results for discussion.
Or, we could kickstart with a meeting presentation, and follow up with online discussion for those that are interested.
