Ati t5 sun power and kessil aw350 how to use together?

Hello I have the above. The ati is 8 bulb 39w version which I will be running over my tank full time shortly. I like the shimmer of the kessil and would like to use as part of the lighting setup.

How would you mount the kessil to the light. I'm only using 6 bulbs of the 8 so the front and back are stripped out.

I have acess to a fabrication/ machine shop so having brackets made is no problem, would like some ideas.

Have you tried both together so far though? T5's can eliminate shimmer unless its a pretty strong LED light..

The three options I see are to:
1. mount on each side pointing in
2. mount on the front pointing back
(Of the first two the optimal solution would be determined by how your rockwork is setup, I'd be wary of the kessil on the exhaust side of the ATI overheating as well, mounting brackets to it is easy because it is sheet metal just check internal clearance where you want to do it )
3. Stop using the inside 2 bulbs and cut the fixture to mount it on top/inside. There is some threads on here where people did this, it looks slightly kludgy with them sticking out the top of the fixture.

I am thinking middle. Maybe drill a hole through the middle on the ati put some threaded bar through that will screw into the bracket of the kessil.

I used security camera mounts from amazon and the existing screws on the light fixture itself on the side panels. No holes. Worked like a charm.

Honestly. No. Like stayed above the T5 overpower shimmer. The shimmer is still there and noticeable but it won't be like the original kessil shimmer that's for sure. But having T5 for us was a godsend. Love the hybrid. Never going back.

What was the hardware you got to install your kessil' s directly to your ati fixture. I want to do the exact same thing, but also install Kessil's on the side of the ATI fixtures.
