Atlantic Grazer snail question...

I am brand new to this hobby. Started a 55 gal tank in mid march. Started with 5 Atlantic grazer snails, of which only 1 survived. I also started with 5 green chromis, of which only one survived. I also started with 6 blue legged hermit crabs and 1 emerald crab, all of which are doing great.

A few days ago, I added another 10lbs of live rock, 5 more green chromis, 2 mexican turbo snails, and 5 more Atlantic grazers, 2 of which were dead 2 days later.

Everything else in my tank seems to be normal. I was having an issue earlier with evaporation, but now I have a RO schedule down pat and everything is stabilized. All other inhabitants are doing great!

Any suggestions or ideas as to what might be doing them in?

Well, I bring them home from the store and set the container in the water for about 30 mins fot them temp to adjust. Then I put them in a container that floats on the surface and dump water into the sink, then fill it with tank water a little bit at a time over another 30 mins or so.

My water parameters are normal according to my test kit. I brought some of my water there, and they tested it also and said it was fine. It has only been tested for pH, nitrates, nitrites, ammonia, and SG.
