Can you help me design an ATO system for my tank?

I have a 200G tank - and I'd like to setup some kind of Auto Top Off system.

I have a Reef Keeper Elite.

What systems have fellow reefers used with success and minimum's of hassle/problems?

What problems have you had that I should avoid?

What products have you used that worked/failed?

Zero problems with my Tunze Osmolater.

Bought a kit from http://www.aquahub.com/store/index.html and added an agualifter pump and it works great. You could just buy some of the componants and use your RKE. You can use the SL1 switch inputs and control the aqualifter.

I use a JBJ ATO with no problems. I have a 5g bucket in my stand next to my sump. I installed a float valve in the bucket, that's fed by my RO/DI line. I installed the valve very low in the sump, so that it cuts off flow when the bucket reaches about 1 gallon. This way, if there is some problem with the ATO, it can only feed about 1/2 a gallon of water into the display before the pump runs dry, so no harm will be done to the reef. Also, if there's some problem with the float valve in the bucket not closing, it will only overflow the bucket and not harm the display.
