ATO Help?

Ok the time has come for me to finally get myself a ATO. Been manually doing it for 4 months. :hammer:

The area I have to work with is 19" wide, 22" Long and 20" high. I guess the first thing I need to do is find a tub or plastic bin that will fit in the alloted space. But after that I have no clue.

So if anyone can direct me to a do it yourself or a very good walk thru that would be great. Parts I need were to order them from etc.... Was going to buy a Tunze 3155 setup but can't really see spending $200 bucks on a ATO when that can be used for frags


Ive seen Adams ATO and it looks great but didn't really understand how to make it. Thanks for trying to explain that to me Adam .

I got mine from aquahub And have been very happy with it. It was about $40 and very easy to setup. In addition to their kit you'll need a basic extension cord and a pump that can push water from your resevoir to your tank or sump.

It's cheap and easy to do... Check out the stuff from aquahub.

On a side note, let me know if you do order from Aquahub... I need some more of their mold-a-holder. It's great for power head "brackets".
