I was curious to see if anyone is using an ats for filtration on their breeding systems. If you are could you explain how you tied it into your system, how big you made it(clearly it needs to be bigger than suggested on other threads) , are you using it in conjuction with other forms of filtration, and are you happy with the ats performance. Any pictures of your setup would be great.

The only large scale breeder I know of that used an ATS has stopped using it. It kept his nitrates down to zero but he found he had poor hatch rates unless he added a ton of carbon. He now does more water changes and found this cost the same as the intensing lighting of an ATS.
