attaching frags in water?

Ok so when you purchase a small frag and it comes on a rock the size of a quarter, how do you attach it to a larger rock currently in your tank? can this be done without removing rock from tank?

I have a few really nice shelves that I wouldnt even want to try to remove.

There is a thread on the reef forum where "emster" shows his 3 year old tank. His coral placement and proximity amazed me. When i asked him how he placed them he told me crazy glue/epoxy/crazy glue. He goes on to mention brands and all. I recently tried it, it works great!!
