August Meeting Suggestions?

This is usually a slower meeting so we thought we'd keep it simple. The meeting is the 13th. Is there any topic or anything anyone would like to see? A few suggestions that we've done in the past and haven't done in a while would be a DIY Live Rock (aragocrete), DIY Fish Food, and DIY LED Lighting.

What do you guys think? What do you want to see?

And I apologize for cancelling the PROP Auction last month. Hopefully we won't have to do that again.

I liked the live rock/frag disc demo although I still havent found the white portland.

Something on different substrate choices and pros and cons for each would be cool too. If anyone is knowledgeable on macro algae's and other saltwater plants/algaes. Other media pros and cons like Matrix/DeNitrate, Siporo, bioballs, different carbons/gfo's etc.

DIY Live rock it is then. I've been kinda wanting to do that one for a while my self.

And I will try to go a little more in depth with different media "ingredient" choices as well.

I would be happy to do an LED presentation at a future meeting. Before moving to AZ about 2 years ago, I owned a company that built custom LED aquarium (SW/FW) and plant fixtures. I have an old PowerPoint presentation that I can update. Just let me know. Also I would be happy to answer any questions at our meeting this Saturday.
