In that size tank with the tang being well established, I'd say no. If you were to introduce the butterfly first and its larger, that would greatly help. Maybe pull the tang out for a few weeks, rearrange the rock and let the butterfly get established first. Yellow tangs are notorious for being aggressive and territorial though.
