Aussie Wild Colony ID

I am drawing a blank on trying to ID this wild colony from Australia if anyone has any ideas.

It's weird growth is throwing me off but if I had to guess then maybe A. anthoceris.

Thanks for the guess. I had originally discounted A. anthocercis, but now that I take another look at it, you might be right as all the characters do seem to fit including the ability to take on a pretty massive form under strong wave action and this thing is certainly massive.
