Auto Tune MP40's via Reeflink

I am using two mp40 on my sps reef in short pulse mode. Is there a way to auto tune via ecosmart live and reeflink to create a standing wave in the tank? I have watched the videos of how to auto tune via the controller but am not sure if that will then be imported in esl?
