Automatic Water Change

Is anyone doing this with the Neptune dos?

I am thinking about doing this but wanted to see some set ups and see how people like it.

I have the Genesis Reef system and its been the best investment I have made. I highly recommend setting up an auto water change if you can, makes life much easier.

I use litermeter 3 pumps for my auto water change. As Raoul5duke says, an auto water change is a great investment.

I know Triton Marine has used the DOS for their auto changes, so you can check with them regarding their experience.

Do you just drop the line in your saltwater or do you have it plumbed to the container?

I am using the DOS for water changes on my tank. About 50 gallons a month.

Im using 2 apex Pmups on a timer they come on and off at the same time. I run them for 3 mins per day. Does about 5 gallons per day. This set up works for me as I'm not pushing water very far. The pressure is about the same in both lines. It's been running for a year now without any issues.
