how do i pick an avatar and how do i post it to my name?

Go to "MY RC", then click on "Edit Options". Go to the bottom of the page and you'll see "Other Options" and Avatar. Just follow the intructions from there. Since you have more than 100 posts, you can chose a custom avatar as long as it's no bigger than 150X150 pixels.

Miles per pod? It gets anywhere from 40-50mpg depending on how I ride it, usually on one wheel haha. It's for sale to by the way, good fix my car and feed my addiction, gotta get that 360g set up!

So now that you have your picture sized correctly, you need to reduce the resolution. This will reduce the file size.
