Hey everyone! I have a purple pair of Tilefish in my QT tank and they are eating like pigs, looks like they are getting a little bit of some bacterial infection on the tips of their tails and fins, ill try to take pictures later, but whats some good bacterial medication for them??

Many times white cottony growths on the tips of tails/fins are mistakenly diagnosed as a bacterial infection. Below is a pic of a fish with Lymphocystis, a virus which usually goes away on it's own without need for medication.

Agree with Humblefish. Please post pictures to help with diagnosis. Treating for bacterial infections when there are none can cause more problems than they solve (e.g. creating more resistant strains).
