Bacterial?

About a year ago I introduced a few new fish into my FOWLER. I qt'd all for ich and made sure they were all eating. I noticed that my blue gridled Angel had some discoloration in spots on its side. I chalked it up to stress and made sure it was eating fine and didn't think twice of it. To day when I was watching my tank I noticed that my kole tang was displaying the same symptoms.
