<raise hand> errr..what ever happened to "equal and opposite reaction"? I cannot believe that causing the algae blooms they are proposing wouldn't knock the balance of our ocean food chains and chemistry out of whack...but then again, I thought we landed on the moon...

i dont guess restoring the rain forest is an option....

not that the rain forest is as productive as algea in the oceans is...
