I already contacted you this morning to let you know that I did not receive my neon goby and my cleaner shrimp which was supposed to be medium size, came extremely small and also dead. I acclimated him for over an hour and I can now assure you that the poor thing is dead. I forgot to mentioned that the water where it came smelled like sewer water and had lots of small pieces of the shrimp, you can see it in the picture attached.

Secondly, I got an extra Blue/Green Chromis which I didn't request but I noticed that one of them have a red scar that does not seem to be a good thing. Can you please advice on what that might be?

Carlos_fb,

Thank you for your message. We apologize for the loss of the Scarlet Skunk Cleaner Shrimp, as well as for the Chromis that was received in improper condition. It appears that the Chromis has been suffering from stress during transit. This is not the typical condition of any of the specimens we ship. We have processed a credit of $59.46 to your credit card for the items and original shipping charges. We would also like to assure you that we will be fully investigating the condition of the fish to prevent this from happening on any future orders.

Additionally, we apologize that we were unable to ship the Neon Blue Goby, as it is currently out of stock. In the event of a backorder, we will hold the order for up to two weeks to see if we can get the specimen in. If we are able to obtain new stock during this period, we will send out the item at no additional charge for shipping. If there is a specific dating that you are will not be available to receive the package, we ask that you please contact us so that further arrangements can be made.

Carlos_fb,

Thank you for your reply. It is likely the fish may recover without adding medication once it has adjusted to its new surroundings. However, you may wish to use a mild treatment for bacterial infections, such as Melafix, in a quarantine tank.

I just wanted to let you know that both Chormis died Today. I seriously can't believe that Liveaquaria would send these fishes in such bad shape. I have always received beautiful and high quality specimens from you.

I have to say that I am very disappointed. Please do not ship the neon goby, just cancel the order.
