Bad vendor

I placed an order for over $200 with Aqua Cave on 7/8/09. The order arrived 7/14/09 without one item (clear Coralife mounting legs), and the invoice indicated "œWill ship A.S.A.P."

As of 8/25/09, I hadn't received the legs, so I called and left a message, asking about the item. On 8/26/09 I sent an email, indicating that I didn't need this immediately, which is why I had been very patient waiting for it, but that I now needed this item, and would like to know when it would arrive?

On 8/26/09 I received an email response from Albert, indicating that their Coralife shipment was scheduled to arrive early the next week, to let him know if I could wait until that time. I sent a return email on 8/26/09 indicating that I would wait.

By 9/11/09 I still hadn't received the legs, so I sent an email, asking if the shipment arrived, and wondering when my item would be shipped. I received no response. I sent another email on 9/15/09, indicating that I had been very patient, but that I needed the item! No response. I emailed again on 9/16/09, included all of this information, and asked where my item was, and indicated that I didn't see anything to do except leave negative feedback and file a paypal dispute if they continued to ignore me. No response.

I just want the legs! I originally ordered them just to have an extra set "œin case", but we ended up breaking one of those we had, so we need the legs! How can a business run this way???

Just a warning, if you order from Aqua Cave you run the risk of not receiving all of the items you need/paid for, and then being ignored when you try to get them.
