Bag of reef crystals gravity?

For as long as I've been in the hobby I should probably know this question ...but I don't. I'm embarrassingly asking: how many gallons of ro/di water does it take to mix a bag of reef crystals to a gravity of 1.025? I'm in the process of buying a new water holding tank and want to make a correct choice. I want to fill a tank with water and simply add a bag of RC and be at 1.025. Mix and I'm good to go for a water change. Thanks!

I use a 44 gal Brute. If filled with water to within an inch or two of the top a "œ50 gallon" bag mixes up close to 1.026. HTH

Same here. I fill the barrel to just about the top, dump in a bag and I'm pretty close to 1.026. I don't typically adjust if I'm between 1.025 and 1.027 as 10G in a 90G system doesn't affect the salinity very much.

Although I'm using regular IO and not RC, I would think they are pretty close in comparison.

Probably this^^, I use IO in a 50gallon can and a bag comes in around 1.023 or so. I probably get 46 gallons or so of water in here.
