Is "Bicarbonate of Soda" the same as Sodium Bicarbonate? as i found both any difference or advantage to one or the other?

Yes. Purity is the issue. If it is bought in a grocery store, it will have the assurance of food grade. Other sources may not be as pure.

It is in a Grocery store. Couldn't find the Arms and Hammer that you usually mention this one is made by Delta :

"Delta
Bicarbonate of soda
F.G"

FG would mean Food Grade I guess.
Now for mixing of the Ca MG and Baking soda the 1 G total volume is the US gallon (3.7 Liters) not the UK one (4.5 Liters) Right? Sory not really familiar with Baking soda asany experience of mine in a kitchen ends up with a disater, asn we usually deal with Liters not Gallons.
Thanks for your help and Happy Thanks Giving .
