Ballast Help- Sunlight Supply Blue Wave S430

I just acquired a 400w setup from a local reefer. It is a 400w setup with a Sunlight Supply Blue Wave S-430 400w ballast. It came with a Radium 20K bulb. I am trying to figure out if it is a standard, pulse, or Hqi ballast. As I understand a Radium can only run off a pulse or Hqi. I have looked all over the internet with now luck. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks
