H hebygb Active member Mar 10, 2012 #1 I just swapped a Ballast in my Outer Orbit fixture. This is the 2x39w T5 ballast. It has been out for a year or more. My issue is that when i tested it one bulb was half lit, the other not at all. All connections are solid... thoughts? bulbs?
