Balling-light- method. anyone?

Just wondering if anyone is trying this in their tank and what your input is. I would like to know cost and ease of using this over Cal reactor.

Its really the same as dosing liquid suppliements, only automated. Also, it is typically combined with the use of a chloride free salt for ionic balance. It came about right before the calcium reactor in the 80s, i think. I don't see any advantage over calc rx unless you're having ph problems. Used a lot in europe.

hey, i just saw tonight szymon won tank of the month and he's using the balling method. I'm guessing that is what stemmed your interest. He started a thread displaying his tank a couple months ago, and balling pulled up some interest. I remember finding a few links about it from that thread. Check it out, tons more pics of his reef too.
