You will never see it.
The latin is Belanopterygion fasciolatum. I owned one for at least a year and a half and saw it twice--the first day I released it out of the bag, and when I broke down the tank. I figured it had died but it was fat and sassy and wiggling around in an inch of water when I drained the tank. They are extremely secretive and cryptic fish. The only photos you'll see of them in a tank are deep in dark caves with maybe their nose sticking out. Obviously they are very beautiful but they're a bummer behaviorally.
