Bangaii Pair Creation

I have two Bangaii Cardinalfish that are not a pair and want to trade away one and obtain another in hopes of making a pair.

The larger one picks on the slightly smaller one and the smaller hides and is darker and stressed.

Do I...

A) Get rid of the smaller fish and get another to pair with the larger?

or

B) Get rid of the larger fish and get another to pair with the smaller?

Does it even matter?

I think it would be better to add 5 or 6 more cardinals and let them " pair up" own their own. I added 6 to my 120g tank a few months ago. It looks like one of the fish is holding eggs in its mouth now. Not sure who the mate is though. But, all the fish are getting along with each other. I hope to isolate a pair or 2 eventually to dedicated breeding tanks. Good luck! Shane
