Banggai Breeding

I've finally had some success in breeding Banggai after many years of searching for a viable adult pair.

The adults were young when I got them (maybe 9 months). They are captive bred.

The male held for 28 days.

I'll have to look at my local club posts but I think this weekend they will be 3 weeks old.

They are eatting a mixture of baby brine shimp, enriched 1 week old brine, and cyclops.

Here's a photo from the 1st week.

Here's some more photos including the breeding cage they are all in.

I started with 5 fry, the tank mates ate one even though they were in the anenome so now they're in the cage.

I was wondering about those Andy.
I've have some family coming down here for the weekend from Denver, I'll send you a couple so you can experience the endless brine shrimp factory (you probably have already if my memory is right).
But, compared to clowns, they are really easy.

You're going to send me your family? :)

Actually, I never hatched a single cyst for my last batch. :) But I certainly know what you mean from my try with the seahorses.

How _is_ Fort Worth these days? I haven't been there in probably 15 years but I always enjoyed the city a lot.
