Banggai Cardinalfish not eating after treating with Maracyn II

I have a new QT Banggai Cardinalfish. I believe it had some sort of bacterial infection (fin rot and white patch forming on the skin). I treated it with Maracyn II for the full 5 days. The fin rot and white patch have totally cleared up however, he is not eating a lot now. I have been feeding HUFA brineshrimp and he will only eat a couple. Is this normal for this type of ailment / treatment? Should I be looking for signs of something else?

I am also a bit concerned cause he does "twitch" fairly often (once every 30 sec or so). I don't see any sort of parasite, but I've read somewhere this can be a sign of flukes. Would it pay to give him a formalin bath? I've never used a formalin bath before and I'm not looking to shock him for no reason. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If he has flukes, use PraziPro. Very gentle to fish, unlike formalin! I use PraziPro on ALL new additions to quarantine.
