I'm speaking from my limited experience, but I would recommend staying away from most anthias for a tank that size. I'm keeping a single male Pseudanthias squamipinnis in my four ft 55. He is healthy and growing (been with me two+ years now- newb purchase). I can tell by his swimming pattern and temperament that he would do much better in a larger tank. P. bartlettorum dont require as much room as squami's do, but I think you would be wise to choose something more appropriate for your tank.
I regret my ignorance in purchasing my anthias and hope you will learn from my mistake.
