Im looking to buy a cuda and was wondering if someone has one. Will they eat a shark, lion fish or my snowflake eel? Thank you

I have a 125 now but will be upgrading to a 300 and then when it out goes that one i will donate it to a local bio park.

I have had them. they are a great fish. They need a lot of swiming space here is a pic of one i had in my 200G. They will eat anything they chose to eat.

make sure the bio park will take them as most places will not accept large fish as they are already maxed out in there aquariums.

I agree these fish get really huge and the bio park may not even have a facility equipped to deal with them long term

By the way, Yes you can eat them. They taste pretty good too.
Small barracuda can be eaten but larger fish may be poisonous due to ciguatera.
IMO: A fish like that should just be left in the wild. Eventually it will out grow any at home tank.
Here in South Florida we have lots of them, in just a few feet of water too.
