basic macro setup

i have a 55gallon going since about febuary. with a 4bulb t5 light.
what do i have to put in it for a basic macro tank? ie beginner macros, basic supplements.

Will this be mixed with corals and other inverts, any fish?

well right now i just have some live rock a coating of sand. snails hermits. as for fish i have 1 indigo hamlet. i want a forest type look but with macro. no coral and no plans for it

If you can find some Sargassum is nice, and kinda foresty. Codium, any of the various caulerpas, although I think Caulerpa Prolifera would fit you theme nicely. For reds Halymenia, Rhodomenia, Scinaia, Gracillaria, Botryocladia.

what would be the best way to provide food or supplements since i only have one fish and its waste probably would not be enough.
