Bayer kills worms right?

I need some I have this um thing? That sends out one long thin feathery tentacle that's stinging my polyps. Anybody have any? I need to dip some frags.

do you have a pic....it would be a lot easier to determine the best course of action. I am not saying you havent researched what you are trying to kill, just that your description is vague.

I'm pretty sure it's a syllid worm. There may be another worm eating some of my zoas tentacles as well. Luckily it's a frag tank so they're easy to dip.

Update. It's not a syllid worm whatever this is is like the width of a hair. Anyway I hit the frag with some peroxide so that should take care of it but I'd honestly like to use something less caustic. Anybody have bayer I could use as a dip?

sounds like a vermitid snail. and yes bayer will kill them
