BB rock rack?

for bb users, what did you use to prop your rock off the bottom of the tank? pvc alone or pvc and eggcrate? What diameter pvc and how far apart are your load bearing colums?

are your pvc reef racks open or do you have caps on the open ends to keep out detritus/animals?

3/4" pvc, center supports about 5" apart(depends how big your rocks are for the base) I never even glued mine and I didnt cap anything as all the openings are flat down, its really nice to have cause if need be I can slide my whole rock pile back and forth in the tank really easily.

also you may notice a mag 5 that keeps the current going under the rack to the right
