BC14 pump noisy

Just wondering if it is normal for a BC14's stock pump to make a loud humming noise. It is not real loud, but loud enough to be somewhat annoying. Is there anything you can do for this, or is there another pump that will be a bit quieter that will fit in there.

You sure it's the pump and not the fans in the hood? They can be loud if dust gets in them.

If you want to upgrade the pump I've heard maxijet 900s work good for the 14bc.

I no longer run the fans as I took them out when I put my LEDs in. So the only thing that could be making noise is the pump or the koralia nano. I am pretty sure it is the pump though.

Is the maxijet pretty quiet?
