new to the saltwater tanks and am currently working on cycling and getting my BC29 upgraded a bit. but i have a question on a light upgrade i just did.
i removed the stock lights and added the steve's led kit to it. tank looks much nicer with it! install went really also. but there is only 1 power supply... so i can only turn the leds off or on. from reading and asking around, on my old lights i was going to run my blues for around 12 hrs and run the whites for 6hrs during that cycle in the middle.
with this i can only run both or none. is this ok? if so should i run both for the full 12hrs? or is there something i should do to separate the blues and the whites and run them on separate cycles? just want to try and get this figured out
