Beggining Cycle, looking for answers?

Hey RC! Been browsing around the forum, don't know if Ive missed it as I find it hard to believe I would be the first time for anything in this hobby.

I have a 29g BioCube, 50 lbs live sand, and about 10lbs live rock. Since I put the rock in, and started the cycle, ive noticed a few little critters running around. A few I have ID'd from the sticky in this section, but One in particular, is a clear worm that seems to come out of the rock at night. Cant tell if its a tentacle or just a worm?

Its hard to get a picture of, but hoping others have come across it. I have also noticed a small handful of what I think are amphipods. They are almost a silver clear, longish with antennas. they run around pretty quick on only one piece of rock.

This was a huge help, Thanks alb_56! The only thing not ID'd is the clear worm like things in my live rock. Otherwise, everythings working ok. Did find a small white starfish in there too.
