How is everyone doing? I decided today is that day I start my build thread. I see alot of awsome things taking place and thought I would share my own experiances.

I started the hobby 2 years ago and had a nice looking 46gal bowfront softy tank. I loved that tank! Unfortunately, college took its toll on my and the tank had to go. Now that I have graduated and gotten a good job to fund a new tank I am back in action.

This new tank is a 72 bowfront, it is currently cycling with about 120lbs of liverock.

equipment so far includes a superskimmer 125 and a wetdry (minus the bioballs) both from my 46 gal.

Here is a pic of what the DT looks like so far...I'll post whats going on down stairs in a little bit!

Please, Please, Please...shout out your opinions as this thread grows! I need as much info as possible! (not that you all would have a hard time telling me how you really fell anyway

Ok so I got alittle bored at work today and started thinking up a stock list...keep in mind this will be a mixed tank.

hippo tang
the must have lawnmower blenny!
pair of false percs
coral beauty
royal gramma
firefish(2)
Green Mandarin (down the road a bit)

of coarse this will probablly change. But I'm tring to get an idea of my bioload here. Also, do inverts like clams and shrimp add to the bio load? I would assume so..but you know what they say about those who assume...
