I think I'm going to have to change my set up so that will mean a new tank. I thought I'd come here and see which company people recommended tanks by. I need an all in one. Preferably a cube, 90+ gallons. I wanted to stay shallow but I don't think it will be possible. While I like my current set up it's proving to be difficult by the way of overflows. I've had two with this set up when I never had any with the one before. Even with siphon breakers it was unable to keep it from happening.
Anyhow, would appreciate some suggestions on where to shop. Thanks.

What's the problem with the overflows? You had floods?
What overflow style do you have and how big is the sump?

High quality all-in-ones are kinda limited, especially in the 90g+ size. I don't know of any AIO 90g cubes, either.

When you say all-in-one, you mean filtration included and everything?

Yes, filtration included, usually with a protein skimmer etc as well as return pump placed in the back.

One flood was due to when we located a constriction in the outgoing pipe from the refugium, got it out and promptly over filled the over flow, adjusted the output of the the pump, fixed that issue. The second issue occurred when my over flow pipe in the refugium got clogged with macro algae. It was found quick, but not before running over the back.

My refugium and sump are about 60 gallons each. Together they are larger than my tank. My refugiums is about 80% full and above my tank, and my sump is below and about 50% full. My SO has gone in and re drilled the siphon breaks so hopefully it won't happen again. He's re-plumbed the overflow in the refugium in a way that will also, hopefully, keep the macro algae that gets floating around from getting caught in the drain.

Anyhow. I'm still seriously considering a cube.

I'm in NC, the north west area near Winston Salem.

I had great luck with Planet Aquarium out of Dallas (I'm in CO), but freight from TX might be high unless there is a local stocking dealer. People rave about Reef Savvy out of Miami, but they are very high end in price and I guess quality. Freight is so high, and risky for the seller, on something as heavy as a 90g. Maybe someone from your neck of the woods will pipe in.

I think the problem is that you're running a DT into a fuge into a sump.

IF you're running straight durso, one drain, if one clogs, bam. you have an overflow. Easy remedy would be to do a herbie drain to both the fuge and then the sump. Safety. Herbie is two drains. Even if you do 2 dursos that adds some level of insurance. IT's not that sump setups are bad, it's that you have to plan for any contingencies. That's why the beananimal is so popular (also that it's quiet), it has a full siphon drain (adjustable), a durso, and a safety overflow that is rarely used but for clogs in the other two drains and becomes full siphon.

Now, if you shut off the return pump and the drain from the DT and fuge overflow the sump, you've got to adjust heights of the drains so that less drains from the DT and fuge.

I'm not sure you'll find a 90g AIO with built in skimmer, etc, without it being a rather large cube. Cubes become room-eaters, too.

I paid my LFS $ 1,200 for a 180g shipped. I hope to have it in 4 weeks.
