What is everyone's experience for the best flow pattern?

On the 180 Im planning on having all of the pumps on the rights side blowing towards the left side.

I had the wave for a little bit but I can't see that being best for food delivery. With my big tank I'm doing the same as you - mounting all Tunze pumps on one side to create a constant gyre.
