Disclaimer: I have a couple of EcoTech products Vortech and Radion so I'm a slight fanboy.

That being said the Radion I have is a gen 1. Purchased I dunno when gen 1's were around. I did purchase a brand new gen 3 puck upgrade kit. But thats all I've ever purchased directly though Eco Tech. Despite that they still back their products for end users.

The TL:DR
The fan on my few year old purchased used Radion had a couple of blades break sort of out of nowhere the other day. Called Eco Tech explained that I had an older unit and that I couldn't find replacement parts. Not but 3 days later do I receive a brand new fan free of charge they didn't even charge shipping.


This kind of customer service is exactly what will make me buy a new wisper drive even though my regular MP10 is still working just find, and what will make me recommend their products without hesitation to others.

Figured I'd share as well.

I tried ordering a mp10 rubber spacer online, but could not complete checkout process due to my work computers security settings.

So, I gave them a call to place the order.

All JR asked for was my name and shipping address.

I just received an email saying there is a spacer on the way and that I will receive a tracking number shortly.

It may "only" be a $5 part, but that was really awesome of them along w/ shipping to boot. (pretty rare these days)

Thanks a lot guys!

Meant a lot and will not be forgotten.

Had an issue with one part of the wet side and they helped me with new parts very quickly. Top notch people and service.
