Best Frozen Food?

There are a few great brands of frozen food. Rod's Food, Hikari, and H2O Life brand frozen food are high on my list. Rod's Food contains a large variety of seafood. It is very rich and should be used sparingly.
I occasionally make my own when I cook a dish that uses a lot of different sea food in it. I just spare a few pieces of good sea food and pulverize them in a food processor. Some food chops up better if they are frozen. I also add some cyclopeeze, nori, phytoplankton, selcon, etc. if I have them on hand. If you want to go that route, Eric Borneman has a good recipe for making your own frozen food for fish and coral. Asian food stores usually sell small bags of frozen assorted seafood mix cheaply (select the type that is not pre-cooked).

I have done some research on the foods listed above and have found really good things about PE Mysis and the Rod's Food. Now the question is where to get it. Do the LFS around here carry either or both? If so where? I'm really wanting the Rod's Food due to all the amazing reviews.

From my experience I can pick up PE Mysis at a local LFS and cannot typically get Rods food at LFS. I buy from Premium Aquatics but don't consider them a typical LFS. Love having PA just a 15 minute drive from my work

CRA carried Rod's Food in the past. They may still carry it. I stopped using Rod's Food because it's pricey and I tend to overfeed the tank with it and end up with a cyano outbreak.
As far as mysis is concerned, I like frozen Hikari mysis because their quality is very good, inexpensive, and locally available.
I also feed live adult brine shrimp periodically. Live adult brine shrimp always encourage my fish, both saltwater and fresh water, to start breeding. They are fed quality frozen food regularly, but adding live adult brine to their diet seems to trigger spawning. My clownfish, bangaii cardinal, blue eye cardinal, and yellow tail blue damsels are laying eggs/mouthbrooding like clockwork.
