Best hang on skimmer

In your opinion,what is the best hang on skimmer I can find to a 75 gallon tank?

ATB multi use cone.

I liek the ATB multi too, but
I think I'm lieking the SWC extreme hang on a little better.
Not a cone, but more power and less money.
And I liek both those skimmers better than the Deltec mce600.

I also really liek the WM H1 and H2x, they as well are better than the mce 300 and 600 respectively, IMO.
