I'm looking for the best possible lighting option for my new reef tank under 300 that will give me the possibility to grow SPS&LPS ETC. Thanks!

The only problem with one LED is you have to be very careful in your aquascaping or you will get a ton of shadows. I have a 29g tank, and one kessil a160 didn't cut it because of the shadowing. With two, its a massive improvement.

Pick up a controllable Chinese LED box, like the Reefbreeders Photon 24. You'll get full coverage on you tank, will be able to grow anything anywhere, automatic sunrise, sunset and moon lighting, and it's user servicable if something should break.
