Best macroalgae for refugium

I am planning on putting a refugium in the back of my 12g AP. I was curious as to what everyone thought the best plant would be to put in. I was thinking about Caulerpa or Chaeto. I would prefer not to have the plant spread into my main tank if possible.

You will want to screen the return line from the sump to ensure that the Chaetomorpha doesnt spread. It can break off into small segments and travel to the main tank. However, if that were to happen, its quite easily removed. I'd definitely agree with the other guys and say Chaeto's the way to go.

if you were closer id give you some, check your local club someone will share as most throw out allot
