Best method???

What isn the best method to treat an ick out break in a tank with a chiloscyllium punctatum (bamboo shark)..qt tank is not possible.. due to the size of fish in the tank and no place (absolutly no place) to put a big enough qt tank... its a fowlr tank but the live rock has been removed and vanished to a rubbermaid tube for the next 2 months

i would use malachite green i have used this med in the past in side a reef tank and the results were pretty good the ick out breack was under control with in a weeks i say if its reef safe its prob shark safe
