Best option for live seed-rock in area

Does anyone nearish to Oakland have any great seed rock? Looking for as little hitchhikers as possible. And are there any fish stores that is selling high quality live rock? I would just need a few pieces.

i heard there is a new store in oakland called "bay bridge aquarium and pet" it might be worth a look since its close. Other than that, you will have to venture out a city or 2

I'm in Pleasanton. I'll give you a cup of sand and some rubble. Very clean rock. I wouldn't get seed from local fish store.
