Best point and shoot camera?

well not looking to spend to much money but whats the best point and shoot camera with a good macro setting. any ideas and pictures would be great. thanks as always.

Not saying it's the best (there really is no best...) but the Canon S5IS looks really good on paper. Haven't had a chance to play with one yet though.

Well I just want a camera that can take good macro shots. I know there is no single "best" but I don't know much about the point and shoot cameras. I still love my cannon slr for everything but shooting my tank. This camera will be strickly for tank pics! Thanks for the info gregr, I figured I'd get a little more feedback considering this is the photography forum.....isn't it?!?!

The new Panasonic FZ18 has a 1cm macro. I have the FZ8 and love it.
