best spectrum / light for refugium?

what's the best light / spectrum for growing macro algae in a refugium?

I picked this up under recommendations from nano-reef forums. It's a Lights of America 65W Spiral Compact Flourescent, 6500K color. I have one on each of my AC500 converted to refugiums and the chaeto grows very quickly. Home Depot has the light for $30.

ill back up the bulb used on melevsreef.com! iv used mine for almost a year with great results.
i recently moved onto some 4 ft shoplights with two 30 watt 6500k T8s. cost me 16$ for the setup. first day having macro under these lights and i saw O2 bubbles all over my chaeto.
