Best sump size for a 180

Well I have started getting all my stuff together for my upgrade to a new 180. Bought tank and working on stand plans
Wondering what size sump/fuge tanks you guys are using IN stand for a 180g tank. It has to fit inside the stand as this is a living room tank with no basement or wall to plumb through.
I was thinking anything in a 4ft length would work best. Anyone have pics on their in tank sumps/fuge combos under a 180 or 210 and what size did you use?

In general, the bigger the better.
If you want 4 ft, then maybe a 55 or 75 gallon.

Thanks for the reply guys. I decided to go with a 75g for the width for skimmer and bigger refuge area. The 55 is another option if my measurements will show some clearance issues.
