I know there are a few on this board that work with acrylic. What 10" table saw blade do you guys recommend? I have one right now thats for mdf and i think its about 120+ teeth. Problem is that it cuts fine, but its like it doest eject the material fast enough and it starts to melt on the material which causes me to have to clean the cuts with a blade in order to make the pieces usable.

I think that is more to do with the type of acrylic you are using or the blade is dull. Maybe one of the guys in the know will chime in.

Yea I did some research and it seems I don't really need more than 80 teeth otherwise the teeth will be recutting the same spot more than necessary causing the melting. Also carbide tips should help. I guess my blade it a little dull as well.
