Best time to feed yuma & ricordia

Mornings first lights on, midday, right after lights out . When best?

i think its best to feed them after they get a few hours of light and they are expanded fully.

Mine feed bast about 15 minutes after MH's kick off and only actinics are on

i notice recordia tend to cup at night does that mean they will eat then or is that of no real significance
